Movie Monday Update #3

Happy Monday TC readers! Got a pretty relaxed release schedule for the theater this week! Works out perfectly given last week’s numerous releases. If you saw any of the releases last weekend comment and let us know what you thought! All right, let’s jump into a quick catch up of last week’s big news.

Charlie Brown and friends are slated to come to the big screen on November 25th, 2015! Blue Sky studios will be at the helm of the production and are planning for the movie’s release to coincide with its 65th anniversary! Click the link for more info!

Some of you may have seen my review on Pixar’s latest short, Partysaurusrex! Well now you can watch the short in its full length here. It has been released to the public for your viewing pleasure!

Happy to be able to bring Halo news back this week! David Fincher (Fight Club, Social Network) will be producing a live action launch trailer for Halo 4 that will release this Thursday on the Jimmy Fallon show, followed immediately with an online release. I embedded above a past Halo live action trailer to give you an idea of the kind of work that’s been done before. I’ve always enjoyed these live action spots and look forward to Halo 4’s.

That does it for a quick glance at the news. Here are the lists for this week’s releases.

For Blu-ray/DVD release we have:

October 16th

Coming to Theaters:

Wide Releases

October 19th

Limited Releases

October 19th

See anything that’s missing? Comment and let us know!
